What is RTP's return policy?
RTP offers returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return to rtptennis.com:- Item must be in new condition.
- Clothing and socks must be unworn.
- Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (including box or plastic poly bag).
- Receipt or email screenshot of order confirmation is necessary to process your return.
- Our representative will ask for your order number.
- You can find your order number in the order confirmation email.
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@rtptennis.ca (please do not call for returns) with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the item?
If the product's condition was damaged when you received it, then we will process your full refund. However, if the product was not damaged and unopen but you wanted a refund, then you can return within 30 days of receiving the item. Note that we do not refund for shipping price, only the product price. If you received free shipping for the order, please note that there still is a fee when we ship out. The actual shipping fee to you are not refunded.
Can I return a product that was given to me as a gift?
Yes. However, please be advised that if the return is accepted, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment. If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, you will need to contact the dealer to facilitate your return. If your product was purchased directly on Rtptennis.com, you can return it as long as it meets our return guidelines.
Can I exchange a product?
Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to help!
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges, we charge a flat fee of $11.75 to cover shipping and handling.
To request an exchange:

Contact info@rtptennis.ca with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange.

We'll send you an invoice for the exchange fee and shipping label.

Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@rtptennis.ca with a photo and description within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
